The Cape Centres Gathering is planned for late October 2011 in Graaf Reinet. The next Indaba is scheduled to take place from 21st to 24th September 2012 in Clarens. The Johannesburg Centre with be hosting the event & you can learn more by clicking to the 2012_Indaba page. Where possible, national tours are held to celebrate significant anniversaries. E.g. In 2005 the MGA Tour took place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the MGA. To fit with this tradition, 2008 marked the 50th anniversary of the Frogeye Sprite on which the MG Midget was based. Hence the Spridget Tour which was a joint event with the Austin Healey Club. 2009 marked the 70th anniversary of the KZN Centre, the oldest MG Car Club outside of the UK. |
